As I said in my other review I found Dr Strickland and her staff to be incredibly friendly and attentive. The level of care was just terrific! I appreciated that she listened to me carefully and discussed it appropriately. My thanks!
Have tried to schedule a colonoscopy with Dr. Strickland for 7 months now. No reply . So disappointing. I’m also very angry. My health is at risk.
First of all, Dr Mena is a great doctor. However, after years of being here WE ARE DONE! We have waited for weeks just to get a phone call returned to get a routine procedure scheduled. Whoever answers the phone can't help you - you go into "queue" for the schedulers and mysteriously, no one else can see into this queue to even tell you when to "expect" a phone call back, but they can verify you're in there!
