Have tried to schedule a colonoscopy with Dr. Strickland for 7 months now. No reply . So disappointing. I’m also very angry. My health is at risk.

First of all, Dr Mena is a great doctor. However, after years of being here WE ARE DONE! We have waited for weeks just to get a phone call returned to get a routine procedure scheduled. Whoever answers the phone can't help you - you go into "queue" for the schedulers and mysteriously, no one else can see into this queue to even tell you when to "expect" a phone call back, but they can verify you're in there! Don’t bother calling this office…you either won’t get a call back if you leave a message or you will not get an appointment if someone does answer. I even went to the office in person with a referral in hand, which I supplied to the office staff together with my insurance cards and still could not get an appointment. I was told they would get back with me that afternoon with an appointment and to date, have not heard from them. This all took approximately 3 weeks.
