Great customer service with a smile ( Jp's Awning Cleaning )
My husband and I were very happy with the service we received from Ken. He helped us out greatly with a gear box for our existing awning. We will definitely return to see him when we need a new awning.

After 2 years my awning had two small tears in the fabric. Ken came out and took a look at it and said they'll have somebody there right away and that I should have my new awning in 4 to 6 weeks which was fine with me. This is now mid-september and the call was first given them in about June. No awning, nobody here to look at it, every call I make.
