Beautiful awning and service quality excellent, very much recommended
After 2 years my awning had two small tears in the fabric. Ken came out and took a look at it and said they'll have somebody there right away and that I should have my new awning in 4 to 6 weeks which was fine with me. This is now mid-september and the call was first given them in about June. No awning, nobody here to look at it, every call I make. We contacted this company - the owner is Ken Amy - in June 2022. We had a contract to have repairs done on our trailer. He agreed to replace screens on windows due to holes, replace moldy window and broken window. Replace broken zipper on window and replace ripped bottom vinyl part on one side. One roof had a patch - didn't leak but to make it "better/ nicer". He promised to have the job done mid July 2022. My elderly mother 92 years age paid for new awnings 7 months ago. They removed the old awning and cashed her cheque immediately with no receipt of payment. She keeps phoning and asking when she will get her new awnings. They have repeatedly promised them within a week. But nothing get delivered. Don't hire them. They should be ashamed of themselves stealing money from vulnerable seniors. I am going to lodge a complaint with the better business bureau.
