I met with Amy on January 26 to review the results of recent lower back Xrays and lower back MRI. Unfortunately Amy was not able to provide me with much useful information. I felt the appointment was not beneficial. Amy indicated she would confer with Dr Sandquist and give me a call within a few days.Today is February 9th and I have not heard from Amy. I am very dissapointed with this situation.
It was a great visit, and now I'm working with physical therapy to try to get better.
The office of Dr. Sandquist and Amy Albert's is the most organized and caring office I have ever been lucky enough to be a patient. They are pragmatic in their approach, and plan of treatment and that is so appreciated. They follow up when they say they will and seem to genuinely care how you are doing. They don't rush you into surgery but work with other modalities as well.
