Horrible place, two months and no prescription filled until this morning. Start caring about your customers
I was referred to this practice a couple years ago and I’ve recently changed providers. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Amy in person. Each time I’m there they forget why I’m there. The last three appointments I had, I had to remind them about why I was there and then I was told it would be addressed at my next visit, but it never has been. If you want to get an appointment here you will have to wait 3 months to get in. Today I found out after waiting on a November appointment since August that they have to reschedule me to sometime after the first of the year because Dr Tooley “Wasn’t going to be in the office at this time.” I bet most patients have a hard time being seen/heard from doctors here.
