Great service, Great prices Im not sure who you guys saw but I have been going here for years and I have always had a great experience. If I couldnt find what I was looking for, they were able to order it for me. They have a customer for life! :)
Don't even go there!! The store is in the lakewood mall, pretty convenient. That is all the good thing I see. No proper customer service at all, especially when you wanna return broken or defective product. They DO NOT fix for you, they DO NOT let you exchange or return or even have a store credit. How pathetic is that? I really wonder how they can stay in the business. Bad choice!
Happy Customer I went there to get some earrings and a bracelet for prom and found exactly what I was looking for. they were really helpful and had great customer service.
