All my friends just love it – I love eating. Amura is one of my favorites and all my friends favorites. I saw a lot of people complain about the service, but I have never got any bad service. and their food is always good and fresh. I just love it as a lot of people I know. Their sushi is just as good as they discribed on their website, High Definition!

Amazing Sushi Restaurant – I have been Amura's customer for more than three years and I have tried all the rolls and It's so amazing especially when you try "Volcano Roll" and my favourite is also Bubba Roll. I like the sous they have, such as eel sous, ponzu sous, white sous, spicy mayo, etc and the taste is still the same since three years ago until now. I believe that they have a fixed standard measurement to make all sous. The price is affordable since Amura is the best sushi in Orlando and I think you guys don't mind sp... read more

the reason the service is so bad...... – the reason the service is so bad ... is the owners and managers treat their employees like slaves. they work them ten to sixteen hours a day. An expect them to have no life and only live for them ... So thats why i understand the food looks sloppy and service is bad .... because you dont know when the last time those slave drivers let their employees sleep. So SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bad eel and they didn't even care! – This Amura had been my favorite sushi since moving to Orlando - always the pick for that special date night. Our last visit was our last. Our waitress was new so a mistaken appetizer was forgivable. The inedible eel roll was not. After telling our waitress that the eel was bad, she told the manager who didn't even stop by our table. She told the waitress to show us the disclaimer on the menu, "if you order it, you pay for it." It's not like we ordered something new and we just didn't know... read more

Used to be better :( LOUD! – I have been going to Amura for years and they were the best. Then they raised their prices. Then the quality of the food had diminished . I got a tuna kobachi which is my Favorite. It was greasy with sesame oil. I 'm not sure what they did to it but it was gross. And the manager continues to be rude , but she has always been rude so that's still the same. They are slipping. I'd go to Seito or Fuji.

Come eat here if you want to be racially discriminated and unfresh food! – After recieving an unfresh spicy tuna roll, I attempted to speak to my server who was nowhere to be found. I walked over to the hostess and she came over and said nothing could be done. She walked away and exchanged words with her manager, whom didn't bother to come over to my table and see what the problem was. The server finally returned from the back and I asked for her manager. The manager then walked over to our talbe and said, " I'm sorry this i... read more

Sloppy and lousy. Not so Japanese. – So I heard about all the rave; and it was more than disappointing. Besides the awful inconsistent service, it's lousy and nothing makes up for it except that it's supposed to be japanese food. Supposed to be. Food was sloppy served. There was awful art to it. If you're gonna serve Japanese food and jack up the price.. you really have to give something to make it up for it. On top of that, they serve the rolls in massive sizes and in baking plates. If you're looking for a hype, it's fun on... read more
