I'm taking a train ride to California
I’ve ridden Amtrak a few times this past year back and forth from Chicago to St Paul. Each time it’s gets easier figuring things out. Love the price. You get for what you pay for. Riding the train is more of a way to save money instead of flying. I appreciate the long quiet eight hour trip. There isn’t business class on the Borealis but it is a newer train. The Empire is bigger with separate dinning car and lounge area, but the seats are good size. Don’t count on WiFi and sometimes there isn’t cell service. My hot spot worke... read more
