I was really interested in the Acura, but there was no way to contact them except via email. They took 3 days before responding with an address and phone number. By then, I had already bought a nice car. Why post a car for sale but no addtess or phone number?

Hello,The reason it was no phone number or address was because it was a free listing. those are car gurus policies for car dealerships.also, we took 3 days to respond to your email because the employee responsible for responding the emails was absent due to personal problems. once again sorry for your bad experience, but we don't think we deserved a negative feedback.
Abe really went out of his way to get me a great deal on a great car. He even met with me at 5:30 am the next day to complete the paperwork. Great dealership!
Great experience
The dealership took a little longer then expected to get back to me. . . also didn't have the Carfax report
The dealer was nice and let me test drive the car and take it to my mechanic. I pointed out a mechanical issue. He said that he would take care of it and make a call after the fixing. But he never call back
