I am a third generation Alaskan, who leads a relatively active lifestyle (even in my 50s). Unfortunately, this tends to come with requiring medical attention from time to time. I have been a consistent patient of AMS Urgent Care since its inception and have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of professional medical care that I have received there for both injuries and illnesses. They have my absolute strongest possible recommendation as an urgent care treatment facility. -Jim N.
Quick check in, almost no wait time. Staff is awesome from Dr to the nurse to the front desk. Highly recommend!
Very slow service
I’ve been in Anchorage for almost a year and usually do not need urgent care services because I can see my PCP. Unfortunately I injured myself on the weekend. This place was amazing! The staff are so nice and welcoming, the clinic was clean and I left with answers! Thank you to Denise the PA and everyone else who made this visit amazing. The wait was barely a wait!
2 hours wait in the lobby and 1 hour in the room and staff is gossiping with each other. All I hear is wait Dr is coming as always
