We were just passing through Anchorage after being on a one week cruise and arriving with a worsening sinus infection. The staff was kind and very helpful, and Dr. Davis was thorough and able to promptly prescribe meds to help me recover on our continuing vacation. Really appreciate all their help and recommend this urgent care!
We had to come here today because my husband developed an ear infection that caused his ear to feel completely blocked, and he couldn’t hear properly. I was truly impressed with our experience here. The facility is very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone treated us with kindness and made us feel very comfortable. The most caring staff from front desk to the doctor, incredibly friendly and so fast! From out of state and came in for ear pain from flying. In and out fast and didn’t have to go to a pharmacy to get meds! Highly recommend!
Very kind and friendly staff. The doctor was super nice and I felt like he actually cared and listened to my concerns. The treatment plan was appropriately explained to me and they clearly explained what to do if I don't get better soon. I went during a busy time and it was about 1.5 hours in and out. They also have discounted prescriptions.
