I had my truck towed to Joe's on 1/20/25. First concern told he would have it for a week to compete the rebuilt/replacement of all the components for my transmission. Every time I called to check on, it was the same excuse, waiting on parts, took over three weeks to get back. Second concern, after I had it for about five weeks the transmission began shuttering when shifting gears. After several weeks of back and forth, he finally took it back in. Had it another few weeks. 12-19-2016 CUSTOMERS BEWARE after my last post on bird eye didnt get posted. i called 1-800-561-3357 an spoke to mike bush an asked y my post didnt get posted.mike bush stated at ams transmissions request unless it is a 4 or 5 star rating it will not get posted for the public to see.so the public cant see the negative reviews of ams transmission. THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO EXTORT LIKE DAVE BULLIS AN RACHEll BULLIS at jump max HAVE STATED AS THIS HAS BEEN 100% TRUTHFUL! Bad customer service an repair buy ams transmissions!here it is december 17,2016 i have been waiting since april 1&4 2016 as my truck was brought back to arizona at that time to them to get my transmission fixed an all they could do is cuss me out in person.an not fix my vehicle that is under warranty. that ams transmission pulled out an did a complete rebuild on LAST OCTOBER 2015 an have not honor... read more

Denise Great shop This was a great shop. They were so helpful. I thought I was going to have a major bill. They were very honest. The problem was not what another shop told me, and AMS Transmission fixed the problem. I am so thankful for honest people. Denise
