They failed to follow up on proactive roof maintenance on purchase of my home. They are very expensive just to get stood up.

The previous owner reported there was moisture buildup in the attic, not an active leak, following a home inspection for the sale of the unit. Management contacted a vendor to schedule access with the prior Owner to investigate. The contractor determined that insulation had been blocking the bird blocks (venting). Management heard nothing further from the prior Owner or the vendor after the initial assessment on the attic repairs, until recently,in which the newer Owner is claiming there is a potential roof leak.
