Recently i ran into an issue logging in to my AMS account. Of course i thought it was AMS fault. As it was, it was my own new equipment settings that needed to be reset.oops!! Luckily Deborah and Michael from the Portland office helped me diagnose and repair the problem. They were great and extemely kind and it was good for me to work with them. Thanks guys! I appreciate you.
