I like that I had the same doctor, and that she is great. Dr. Bains is patient and really helps to get the eye tests as accurate as possible. I am most happy with her. Unfortunately, this time at my visit there were a couple of things that were NOT satisfactory and up to par. The wait time was awful! I spent 2 hours and 10 minutes at this appointment! Doctor Review: I would give the doctor five stars—she’s always been fantastic and consistently provides excellent care. Staff Review: Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was disappointing. After receiving my prescription, I went to my company’s safety glass provider, only to find that the prescription was expired. When I called the office, the front desk staff showed little to no urgency in sending over an updated version.
