The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. Dr Baines is awesome and a jewel, I’m so grateful to have her as my optometrist. I’ve been seeing her for many years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. She’s personable, extremely thorough and professional, telling you exactly how healthy your eyes are and what may be needed and what to expect. Came here last year to get glasses since America's best was the worst experience! When I was done with the exam here I felt as thought my issues were over. I was able to see with the glasses that I bought last year. I came in here last week to get another exam and she is one of the most pleasant and professional eye doctors I have been to. The exam did not feel rushed. Highly recommend her and Pearle Vision.
We've been going here for years as a family. It's always a pleasure to talk the Dr. and we value that they always treat us as guests, even when we are out of network, in network, out of network, as HR keeps changing our vision coverage. We'll keep coming back!
