they came out with in a few days. took measuements, i bought ramp outwards anticipating a long cancer stint,had ramp installed the next week. wsife passed away 3 weeks later. they were nice enough to change to a monthly contract, charged a set up fee, 1 month rent and take down fee. balance for new ramp was deposited back into my accout even before they took ramp down. i will definetly give Amramp a 5 star, thumbs up rating. I can't thank them enough over this tough time.
Amramp has helped a few friends and family over the years. Appreciate the professionalism, sincerity, and quality of product/installation.
If I could give Amramp more than five stars, I would. From start to finish it is it was the most positive experience imaginable. The customer service, response time, site survey, and installation were seamless, courteous, and professional. The staff at Amramp Accessibility were a pleasure to work with. From initial contact with office staff to the hard working crew that installed the ramp. The ramp has long run and wrapped around to the driveway. Despite that, the install crew erected the ramp like the pro's they are.
