The Billing team at this company needs to be fired. Dealing with this company is a huge headache. They do everything in their power to make the patient take full payment responsibility for trips and act like they are contacting your insurance company but do not send the insurance simple things like THE BILL! Causing patients to have to do a run around and send everything to insurance instead. The worst interview experience of my *life* was at this office some years ago. I was motivated and extremely knowledgeable and the hiring manager was completely demeaning and insulted me to my face. I decided to completely change careers after that, because it was clear how awful they must treat their employees. If you've had a bad experience, it's because their managers are overpaid jerks with no actual leadership talent.
The WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I have had two different problems with them involving the same thing almost. Helped a family out of their burning house and suffered minor burns; all I did was ask the ambulance if my hand looked okay, they said "yea but let me give you some bandages" got my name and 3 months later I get a bill for 250 dollars threatening me that if I don't pay I will be sent to collections.
