the ambulance service was okay, arrived on time but the staff seemed a bit disorganized in handling the situation.
Cole and Brandon were absolutely amazing. Their skill and caring for my mom after a very bad fall was impeccable. They were extra reassuring to my mom and helped to keep her calm and comfortable. We are so very grateful to both Cole, Brandon and AMR for the fantastic care/service provided. Well done Gentlemen!!
A FRIEND OF MINE WAS IN A FATAL CAR ACCIDENT ON FRIDAY. SHE WAS DRIVING FROM BEVERLY HILLS TO CORONADO. I COULDN'T QUITE MAKE OUT WHERE THE AMBULANCE TOOK HER IN SAN DIEGO. I CALLED AS MANY AS I COULD IN SAN DIEGO WITH NO LUCK & MINIMAL HELP. WHEN I CALLED AMR IIN SAN DIEGO, A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF CHRISTOPER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME. The Billing team at this company needs to be fired. Dealing with this company is a huge headache. They do everything in their power to make the patient take full payment responsibility for trips and act like they are contacting your insurance company but do not send the insurance simple things like THE BILL! Causing patients to have to do a run around and send everything to insurance instead.
