I have dealt with AMR Property for sometime now and they have done a good job at ensuring our property runs smoothly and that things are handled promptly and efficiently. Thanks to Liz for taking over as property manager almost a year ago and assisting us in getting repairs completed that were long over due. Thanks to Samuel and Terra as well. I've dealt with a few property management companies over the years and AMR is definitely one of the best. Liz Monge is an amazing manager. She's very attentive to her properties and their needs. Always takes the time to work out a solution to problems rather then just pushing it off like so many other companies do. Highly recommend them.
