Very bad property management company. I personally dealt with a lady named Lori. I was told the property was to be cleaned inside out. She would only show it by video as she couldn’t accommodate us by meeting us at the property in Wasaga Beach. According to her it was too far to drive from Barrie.
I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. This company does not respond to formal requests, they do not comply with the rules and regulations and do not respond for months. I’m surprised they haven’t had their license revoked, it’s probably just a matter of time.
0.00% management skill.. Everyday parking issues in this town..we pays $100 per month for parking spot and someone park my spot and management doing nothing..
I have the frustrating experience with them , i have been living here from last 3.5 years, someone hit my car and i have been trying to follow up with them through email. But they haven't respond. If they have installed cameras, that would be really good resource to resolve situation like this. But they are only for show, not to help tenants, when they need it. They never get back to any of the emails. I don’t think so they are taking this seriously.
