Brandon was super thorough! It was so nice to see someone take the time and effort to document everything. And I mean EVERYTHING! The videos and pictures made this so easy for us to see any and all issues that needed to be addressed. Definitely gave us peace of mind because we were not present for the inspection. Highly recommend!

Great service, ran by great people. I was able to schedule an appointment hassle free and after all was set up I received a phone call stating they found some discounts and applied them. Once it came to the inspection the crew was very detailed and the report was easy to read. I would recommend to anyone in the future and will use again in the future.

I am purchasing a nine year old townhome here in Colorado Springs. Within two days of my contract being accepted AmPro performed their inspection and sewer line scope. They were very prompt, respectful, and thorough in every email interaction. Great company to work with! They were super easy to book, communicated with us regarding our request, and had very fair prices. Their office staff was kind and very helpful. They let us electronically sign our documents and we were able to pay online. Brody was our inspector and he was thorough, honest, friendly and explained everything to us. His report was done quickly and was was very detailed. As a buyer, I strongly recommend them and we will use them again for our final inspection before we close.
