John and Belle are not just trainers; they are architects of community and champions of a safe, empowering space. Amplio is an environment where friendships are made and strength is gained (mentally and physically). Would 1,000% recommend to anyone.

Belle and Rob have created both the first queer and gym communities that I have felt truly confident and myself in. I have been working out here for over a year now and hope to continue there for many more years. Have met many great people through this and making great progress on achieving my fitness goals.

This is the first time I’ve felt comfortable in a gym setting. They are so body-positive and welcoming. Really affordable too. With lots of past issues related working out, I’ve felt nothing but support and encouragement here. I highly recommend them!!

I absolutely love and look forward to my sessions at Amplio every week! John and Belle are so friendly and positive! The 1:1 sessions keep me accountable to setting aside time each week for myself. My sessions with John have made a big difference in my mental and physical health, and it feels so wonderful to have a safe and accepting place to show up as yourself. I highly recommend booking an infrared sauna session after your workout, so relaxing and lovely, especially on these cold and rainy days.

The highlight of my week is my visit to Amplio Fitness. It's such a supportive queer environment from the first time I walked in and Belle called me queen. I was worried about joining a traditional gym but this is such a great environment where I'm still making gains in my strength and mobility.
