Came here for a tour of a unit and the manager was very friendly. The rent pricing was outrageous though! As I was leaving, I spoke to one of the residents who has just pulled up next to me to park and he told me how horrible it was to live here and that it is constantly loud, overpriced, and that there was a mugging in the parking lot earlier in the year. He also said they had no 24 hour security! Not interested in this money of East Nashville. Beware!
Awesome place to live. Manager is pleasure to work with; really cares about making sure you are taken care of and have everything you need including handling all maintenance issues promptly; and communication is excellent. Best neighborhood in town--walk to Five Points shops and restaurants and five minutes to downtown.
