Took almost two most to process an account update and was only done after multiple phone calls. Over the past few months on the account change requested I did get frustrated and used some language the manager who finally contacted me was more concerned about rather than the reason I was frustrated or the language used. The member service center and the manager need training on getting the job done on the first request and if frustration/language occurs focus on the reason for it and not treating someone as if you are better ... read more
I'm not a member, but recently visited to complete the sale of a vehicle to a member taking a loan there. Despite supplying all the documents well ahead of time the process took 1-1/2 hours! The staff was not to blame - it's the incredibly inefficient process put in place by management, coupled with a number of "remote" workers that had to be involved involved. Done this before at other Credit Unions, , and had been finished in 15 min.!
