Rezvan provides great friendly service, detailed and patient in her explanation and show care. Highly recommended. Maria is helpful a friendly receptionist and helpful with the hearing aid supplementary parts. Thank you both.

The worst service of my life. I heavily rely on my hearing aids and the receptionist and staff here refused to serve me and help me with my broken hearing aid. Told me to go back to where I got them from. I've been wearing hearings aids more whole life and knew the problem was an easy fix. Hopeless
