Went in for my 4:15 appt which was made in person a week ago. They made the time - not me. I arrived early - had to wait until the receptionist was off the phone and sh said my appt was for 3. She said ‘they’ve gone home’ would I like to rebook? Castle Hill was awful too. I’m off to Costco.
I had to change my appointment yesterday called a few times & eventually it was fixed for today at 8.30. From 8.15 to 8.36 the office was not open & the audiologist was waiting outside. My hearing aid was adjusted & set on the phone, it is all good now. Thanks
I like Amplifon Hornsby. Audiologists are technically competent and are willing to explain technical details to me when asked.They organize regular check-ups of the performance of my hearing aid, which I appreciate.
appliances no longer seem to make any differrence so have stopped using themm forlonger periods
