My son and father referred by me to here and they too had great experiences Above and beyond service for my elderly father, hearing aide cleaning for him fortnightly .Caring and patient staff We were pleased to be acknowledged and known .. I made an appointment and went to the Hervey Bay location as i had an issue with one of my hearing aids i had purchased from another location around 18 months earlier. I needed the cable between the aid and dome replaced which i paid for. I then asked if she could make some adjustments and was told she did not have time and my 12 months was past and i have no further support in a very rude manner.
