I have been going to Amplifon for about five years now and have always been impressed with the help, service, advice, friendly staff and will try to get my friends who need hearing aids to go to Amplifon Hervey Bay
It was very pleasing to go to an appointment and get what you should be getting especially the young lady that looked after me I can recommend this branch with a 10 out of 10 Fixed my very difficult issue in an instant Nothing was too much trouble
I would like to share that I am only 63 and have gradually lost a lot of my hearing through industrial work over many years. I went to amplifon in HB and found their service, professionalism and care was outstanding, especially with the hearing specialist named Suba. She was wonderful. I have had my hearing aids for a month now, I can not tell you what a difference it has made. Yes, they are very expensive but now that I have them, they are worth every penny Suba, thank you so much x
