I was very nervous to admit I had lost hearing at a young age, and to be educated on how and why. Lana was so amazing. She was kind, thorough, and patient. She was a great support through this process. I'm so happy I chose to go woth Amplifon to regain my ability to hear. I can't leave a review without mentioning the amazing receptionist. I got a chance to visit Amplifon’s Victoria location recently. Their whole customer interaction process is very smooth and organized, they are making good use of technology for patient testing and customer satisfaction. Their explanation about hearing issues is detail oriented, technically smart and easy to understand. I fully recommend this clinic for check-up and management related to hearing issues.
