Appointment was at 8:30a.m., waited 15mins, no one showed at the front desk. Not impressed. Left at 8:45 and will find another provider.
Staff is very friendly and understanding the unique needs of every person that walks in. Always have had amazing service with no issues. I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs in testing and hearing aids. They have a large assortment of different hearing aids of all kinds.
While waiting to see a doctor i observed the receptionist on the first window and how she ignores everyone..now I know we were standing at the wrong window but for Pete sake say something, give direction especially for the old man who is on walker and he was polite enough not to interruptyour important work and stood in frontofthe window fir long time....unbelievable...I can say a lot but I leave it for now
