Very impressed with how easy everything went. Stacey made sure that I was clearly informed about my appointments and the fact that WCB could possibly cover my costs. She walked me through my paperwork and told me exactly what to expect. Her smile and attitude helped make my first hearing aid experience go super smoothly. I'll be recommending Amplifon to everyone I know with hearing concerns.

The office in Kamloops were great on repairing the old hearing aide while waiting for approval for new ones , thanks great staff
