Would never use this inspector again. Missed critical flaws in our new build; such as the AC condenser is undersized and doesn’t match the evaporator, garage floor not properly sloped for water drainage, electrical conduit not strapped, breakers were unusable/needed replacement the day we moved in, the microwave venting to the exterior didn’t have a damper and was a straight 6 inch hole in the wall into my kitchen, etc. Have spent thousands and countless hours fixing things on a new home that should have been caught.
