This place is the absolute worst if you expect good customer service. The lady at the counter is the rudest most blunt and loud person I have ever run across my entire life. When my husband and I went to rent a unit, she had no intention of helping us and focused on other customers who even entered the establishment after my husband and I did . There is a great deal of storage facilities here in Rocky Mount. However, I have to honestly say, renting from Ample Storage has been one of the best experiences. We love the fact of the great customer service that we receive, the cleanliness of the units and how they pride themselves on making sure the buildings themselves are clean. We are grateful for the temperature control of the units. Overall, since being a customer for almost 4 years now, it has been an enjoyable experience.
