Very friendly polite staff. The facility is extremely safe and well kept and New. I feel very comfortable storing my stuff at this place.
I have somethings in storage.bill is due they dont need to cut the lock again because I was not able to get in there so the same items are still there.Dont need a duplicate charge Please And thanks.
Customer service horrible attitude for no reason and condescending attitude. Why work in customer service if you are not a people person? The manager is terrible.

I’ve been a customer off and on for approximately 6 years, and have had numerous units. I’ve gotten to know Eric and the team, all of which are great! I would definitely recommend the Spring Forest location. It is always well maintained and the staff is always willing to assist.
