Got my central air unit fixed the day I called. Rickey was awesome!! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond by even switching out a breaker in my circuit board. Very much appreciated. Our house was warming up very fast.
They did my air conditioner, pricing was competitive, and service was great. Had an issue with my thermostat a week later that turned out to be a very simple fix I could do myself, but Joe came out on a SUNDAY withing 2 hours to make sure it was all good and running since it was the hottest day yet this year. Excellent professionalism and customer service.
Rickey came and did an AC tune up. He showed up on time, answered our questions, and showed us our AC was running efficiently. Thanks, AMP!
AMP Electric West is a reliable and excellent company. The team upgraded the electric panel both inside and outside in April. Joey, Zac, and Brennen were incredibly respectful and utilized speech-to-text on their phones to improve communication with me, as I am hearing impaired. They worked diligently and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. They were kind and took the time to explain how everything works. I highly recommend hiring AMP Electric! I am very pleased with their work.
