I called because we'd had devastating news about our 97 Ranger. Another shop told us the engine was unrepairable. I called for a second opinion. Martin (I hope. That was the name on his shirt!) immediately checked the truck out and made some recommendations to try before giving up or making a huge investment. He explained the possible issue without making me feel stupid, and he made me feel so much more hopeful. We've followed his suggestions and already see marked improvement.
