Dr. Klein was my PCP FOR YEARS AND SHE WAS THOROUGH!
Infantilizing and unsafe for neurodivergent patients. Dr. Klein is wildly prejudiced and entirely uneducated when it comes to high-functioning adults on the spectrum, and will freely fill your medical charts with misinformation based on bias alone. My experience with her was so demoralizing, and left me with extreme anxiety about visiting doctors at all.
I have been a patient of Dr Klein for almost 4 years. When I was very ill, she would visit me in the hospital and I was in the hospital often. When I call with a question or concern, her staff is always friendly and I receive a call back from Dr Klein on Avery timely basis. Highly recommend.
I called to get information on becoming a patient. The woman who answered couldn't have been nicer. It's not often you hear in Massachusetts the yes ma'am no ma'am. Manners were impeccable and I appreciated that. I'm calling around to compare prices but I wanted to mention my experience on the phone with this practice and their employee. Lovely.
