I’d like to personally give a big shoutout to Raj and Sarah at Amoriss ! And Kolby for being very understanding and helping us with finding the right place. Raj and Sarah were extremely accommodating during a time we needed help and understanding of our special needs child! They went out of their way and found a better solution for us and have always been very communicative about everything, and helping us when needed for safety concerns or disability concerns! They do not do their job maintaining safe and habitable environments as required by Oregon law. So many things went wrong renting from them and the rent was exorbitant— it was advertised as a luxury rental. They allowed unpermitted, illegal commercial businesses to operate in the basement of residential buildings, until the city shut them down.
