Me and My Husband lived In one of the apartments for a year, we were never an issue and never late on rent I have video proof of the condition I left the apartment in when I moved out yet they said the apartment was completely trashed and charged me over five grand The couple next-door to us moved out before we did had the exact same experience at that time. They do not do their job maintaining safe and habitable environments as required by Oregon law. So many things went wrong renting from them and the rent was exorbitant— it was advertised as a luxury rental. They are managed from out of state and do not avail themselves of the law nor do they care. They are all about money and telling people to deal with unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
If I could give negative stars to this company I would, alas, I cannot. Horrible company.
