Incredible first experience. This is my new place now… I’ll be going here every time I need a wax. Scheduling super easy on website. Bailey is amazing! Thorough and listened to exactly what I wanted. Asked feedback whole time. Clean spot. Highly recommend.

This makes the second time they have canceled my appointment through ClassPass. If you can't have your scheduling system setup correctly with a third-party why bother using them? Just stick to booking customers through your website and stop wasting people's time.
