The worst customer service experience I’ve had. That tall brown employee I dealt with was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He clearly does not know how to communicate with customers respectfully, and his attitude made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I expect basic respect and professionalism when I’m spending my money, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Based on this experience, I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to others.
This was the worst Italian food I have ever had. The pasta was completely mush, like cold cereal that has been sitting in milk forever. What a waste of money and very disappointing! Never again.
