I held back on leaving this review because Natacha was very kind and did try to improve the shape after I was left with uneven, bulky square nails. She was able to make them look better, and I appreciate her effort. Unfortunately, my overall experience was still disappointing. I’m not sure of the other technician’s name, but my nails were left bulky, the cuticle work felt rough, and within less than a week my manicure already looked worse than when I started.
