I took my pet to this clinic for years and was happy with them, but at the end of her life, when I needed to be seen urgently, they were not flexible to squeeze her in and the person I spoke to was not remotely sympathetic to the situation I was in. My mom also took her pet there for years and had this exact same experience (just today). Ultimately, it seems Amor only wants to give good care when it's convenient for them. I won't be back.

I only trust Amor with my pomeranian and ferrets. They have accommodated me even when I don't have an appointment and really do love my furbabies. I appreciate the appointment reminders they send me since I'm so busy. The staff all love being there everyday and you can feel it. Very pleased with my experiences there. I don't mind the 20 minute drive. It's worth it!

I took my cats here from 2000 to 2005 and went back to them as soon as we moved back to Utah, 2014 to present. They have provided excellent grooming and care to my all of my cats. If the groomers have any concerns, they call and ask if I would like one of the doctors to check it out. My most recent vet visit, they called the day after to check on my very senior Persian. Not impressed at all. The staff was very unprofessional. Also tried to tell us that a walk in visit wad exempt from the free exam. The website didn't state that. Had to get a refund for it. It took 3 people to accomplish this. Will definitely not be going back!
Dr Rees was the absolute best when I had to bring my beloved cat to be put to sleep. She was gentle and kind and let me have my time with him. Thank you is not enough. I will be bringing my other 4 legged furballs of love to see her.
My Healthy, gentle dog walked in to the groomers but I had to carry him out. He was in severe pain! What happened????? NO explanation as to what happened during his grooming and they did not seek help from the veterinarian down the hall. My dog could not walk. I asked for help from the vet but was told I had to make an appointment and there was nothing available for three days! Insane! I took him immediately to another vet. I was not impressed at all , the staff and Doctor was very rude, my 8 month old puppy had to have double surgery and from the minute we dropped her off till we picked her up later that day there attitudes did not change, not even a Hello or thank you, the Doctor did not went to talk to us after her surgery we had to ask to see him and then he was very short and acted like he could care less. he did not give her any pain meds and did not schedule a follow up appointment. very disappointing. to top it off they have never calle... read more
