We’ve had an excellent experience at Amo. The management have been great and the facility is very well maintained. The location is amazing: with dozens of restaurants within blocks, six minute walk down to the harbor, easy access to the highway. Our balcony overlooking the Piazza has been fun, a great place to people watch. And the farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday is a nice and handy amenity. I am a current resident at Amo in San Diego. In the past few months, the expectations and standard that Amo has been delivering is completely unacceptable. I have been a loyal resident for a year, never late on rent, no noise complaints, etc. At this rate, I am wishing I didn’t renew my lease. A handful of issues have occurred: 1. Multiple security break ins into the garage where I maintain a vehicle. 2. Unable to access the garage due to the car fob I received from Amo not working. 3.
