Refused to DETAIL a vehicle that I was willing to pay asking price for and drive 7 hours round trip to buy. I asked a salesman to check the seats because I couldn't tell from the pictures whether it was badly stained or if it was shadows. His reply was, "yes, those are stains not shadows". I've never seen such nasty stains on the seats of a vehicle someone was trying to sell. According to the CarFax report, this dealer had owned it for over 6 months. So I recently brought this 2002 Lexus GS300 and the car was in great condition. Jay, the sales person took really good care of me. By far the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. Jay was super to deal with, he went out on a limb for us so we could get the best deal possible. Would highly recommend this dealership.
I can't get the title for the car I payed cash for. They told me three different times they were getting it to me..They haven't. Also car needed a lot of work to pass inspection. Update: I finally received the title by FEDEX after two weeks

The dealer left to go to a baseball game when he said he would be there. I did like the vehicle, but I don't tolerate people that go back on their word after I have my friend drive me fifty one miles just to get there.
