Fixed my TV that I Sears was unable to fix. I waited over (4) months to get TV fixed from Sears and they were unable to fix the problem. Sears also charged up front for repairs that were never made even after waiting (4) months.....ended up getting money back from Sears and took TV to Ammons and TV was repaired in (2) wks. at a lower cost than Sears charged and did not fix. Would use him for any future repairs.

Great job! Roto-rooter came to my house today after a horrible experience with Jolly plumbing. The guy before was in and out in half an hour and my basement was flooded a week and a half later.The guys from Roto-rooter took the time to do a good job and I could tell that they really cared about the quality of their service.

Replaced garbage disposal I've never used roto-rooter before, and wasn't sure what to expect. Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and the time I wanted was available. Once the technician arrived he had all the parts and was able to replace my cracked garbage disposal quickly. Technician 357/Kevin was friendly and did a great job. I would use roto-rooter again based on my experience today.

Excellent service! This was my first time calling Roto-Rooter (Morrow, OH) - our sump pump failed late at night, and with the storms moving through we wanted to get someone out as quickly as possible. I received a call first thing in the morning and the service associate was at my house at the earliest possible time in the range given. He was friendly and courteous, made sure I understood the work and the costs, and took the time to explain everything to me once he was finished. Definitely will use this company again!

Water heater First of all our service tech David D. Was extremely kind,thorough and informative. Not only did Rotorooter fix our water heater we were also blessed to recieve a $40 discount. Roto-Rooter came thru. The best deal was the free quote and information the tech gives to help you make an intelligent decision about the service...O

Would recommend again I live in Monroe and had a leak in my garbage disposal and realized the casing was cracked. I scheduled an appointment through the online form, and was pleased to have a quick confirmation and the service person arrived on time and was very courteous. He installed a new disposal, was quick and also careful not to track snow in the house when going in and out. I was very happy with my experience. Service Appt Had appointment on a Saturday. Service worker showed up on time and was very efficient. He was honest when he said he couldn't find problem with dishwasher and was quite nice to my wife and me. Would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family. view less

Pleased with Service I was in the process of removing my vanity in my powder room so that the contactors could install flooring. Little did I know that one of the shut off valves under the sink did not work. Experience taught me not to force, because I could cause more harm than good and the installers were coming to my house later that day.
