This company has great customer service, and they're always professional and show up on time.
Aside from the idiot who used a guest towel and ruined it wiping rust off the hot water heater they were fixing it was good. Oh yeah I've been a customer since the early 90's.
Joe responded quickly to a thermostat sensor error. We never lost heat and he replaced the thermostat under warranty.
