Unbelievable one of the main features we pay 400 a month HOA that the pool area is poorly maintained and the landscaping is the bare minimum , go figure 🫤 not much bang for the Buck ….Haven’t painted the exteriors 20 years plus …
Can't get through to a human!
I COMPKAINED TO AMMCOR AND H.O.A. OF EROSION ALONG THE EXTERIOR OF MY REAR YARD WALL, CAUSED BY THE LANDSCping crews for years making 15 R.T. times 4 landscapers every 3 months, walking along my rear wall, on less than 2 1/2 ft foot path THEY CREATED, which has caused significant, obvious EROSION. Did they reroute the landscapers, gardeners NO! .MY WALL AND NOW ITS SUB-FOOTING ATE COMPLETELY EXPOSED!! MY WA IS AND HAS BEEN MOVING! TBEY DO NOTHING, BUT ARE CAUSIND THIS EROSION!! worst ! this mgmt company just concentrated on targeting me. kept sending violations letter for other people violations and to sweeten the pot, every letter accompanied by threat to fine me. Ammcor sent letter about tree that reach 2nd story, my fruit trees, personal items in common area etc. only me cannot have fruit tree, everybody else can have all kind of fruit trees and plants; neighbors have all kind of personal items in the common area for years: toys, tomato cages, decorative pumpkin, plants, artificial plants etc. D... read more
