My mom went to urgent care because she is very sick and can hardly breathe, coughing bad and she has lung and heart conditions already and they listened to her lungs, told her she has pneumonia and that they would call in a prescription. They never sent in a prescription so she called the next day and had to wait for a call back. When they called back they told her they couldn't give her a prescription without her being seen by her pcp. Do not go here. I have long history of arthritis and other medical issues and I told Natalies nurse that I was in so much pain because of a flare up, that the meds she is giving me isn't working and I need something that will work for my arthritis, I told her I felt like no one really cared to treat the root of my pain. A few minutes later the office manager calls and tells me that Natalie is not comfortable giving me the medication I'm requesting, I asked what medication is that and she said hydrocodone.
