Ammar was absolutely AMAZING to work with. We listed our house with him right at the start of Covid 19. He was very helpful in determining a fair list price for the house based on detailed market data which he provided. He understands the Ojai Valley better than anyone given he's a local boy. He hired a professional to take photos inside and outside the house, created beautiful brochures for us and were super accessible.
