Dear Dr. Bafi, I know you don't remember me. On 10/08/1999 you performed quadruple heart bypass on me. The hospital had picked a different doctor to do my bypass but I didn't like a doctor that I didn't know picking another doctor I didn't know to do the operation, so I called Dr. Punja from the hospital and asked him if he would pick a doctor for me and he picked you. Dr. Bafi is a wonderful Doctor. I would like to thank him for putting me at ease and be very considerate. He took his time explaining in detail how he was going to do my procedure. I can't thank him enough for taking such good care of me. Also his staff were great. They followed up with me at home during my recovery and patiently answered any questions I had. His team at the hospital were wonderful as well! Thank you Dr. Bafi and your staff!
