Good south Indian food This place reminds you of India. Good south Indian food. Who would have imagined that you would get such nice Indian food in Georgetown. Try the dosas here.
Fantastic Indian Food Nice atmosphere. Polite waitstaff. I had thier Paneer and it was fantastic! I would defintely recommend this to everyone that wants great indian food.
Stellar dosas, friendly, intimate atmosphere, cheap prices Amma's has the best dosas I've had out of the places I've been to in Berkeley, Seattle, NYC, and SF Bay Area. They're consistently large, crispy, with potato masala that is not at all bland. Yummy coconut sambar. The rasam is just right, not too spicy. The desserts are soo good and cheap. Actually, everything there is cheap. My favorite restaurant in DC.
