RecommendedI can't say enough about Chris. It doesn't matter if you're looking for a "soft circulation increasing" - Swedish or you're looking for the "fix me Chris" - extra deep tissue. Chris has the full range of massages available. Chris has been my massage therapist for about fifteen years, when he's not available, if say I've seen about 30 massage therapists around DM. Chris is the only massage therapist I recommend for the Des Moines metro.
Seen lots of massage therapists before and by far this is the best one I've found! Pays extra attention to the problem areas and very thorough! Drive an hour there but well worth it every penny! Best in Iowa!! Thank you so much for taking the time to help fix those problem areas and get me in better shape!

Good massage poor bedside manner
I can't see enough about this massage. I have had numerous massages and this was probably one of the best I've ever had in my entire life. Still sitting in my car realizing how wonderful that felt. Chris does an amazing job and I felt so relaxed. Definitely worth the money and I will be back.

Absolutely one of the best massages I've ever had. Had to sit in the car for a bit after, because I was so relaxed!! Found the deal on Groupon, but it is absolutely worth regular price. Chris was super professional and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. He worked really hard to get all of my knots worked out...I didn't even know most were there. I will definitely be returning.
