I really loved my experience touring AMLI Ponce Park! Angie was an incredible guide to the property. She even took the time to show me the Beltline since I had never seen it before. I am really glad I was able to tour this property and am strongly considering it to rent because of its location, facilities, free parking, and friendly staff.
Angie, Ashley, Bridget, and Nick were SO amazing throughout process of transferring units within the building. The management is a huge reason I wanted to stay in the building!! Great place to live!!
The best part of AMLI Ponce Park is location! Right across the street from Ponce City Market and easy access to the Beltline. Management is so friendly and maintenance/landscaping is on top of things.
Amli Ponce Park has excellent maintenance service. I was having issues with a leak under my kitchen sink, called maintenance and they came in very fast during the weekend as it was an emergency. Erick Frazier, was the maintenance person that helped me, he identified the issue fast and fixed the issue from the root by replacing the kitchen faucet. Very grateful to have such a good maintenance service.
