The building is run so well! The leasing office management team is amazing and so friendly. The building is constantly getting improvements and they are very open and transparent with everything that is going on!
Maintenance requests never completed correctly and it is frustrating. Neighbors have pit bulls which is incredibly annoying and they bark every day at 6am. I also saw dog poop in the courtyard! The stairways smell of dog piss
