Natalie was fantastic! Really enjoyed touring with my son and the property was very well kept and beautiful. :)
I've really begun to hate this building and AMLI. They towed my car because they forgot to register it after I gave them the information which put me back over $300 dollars. Also the building is extremely old with very poor move-in conditions. Doors damaged, paint and walls messed up, paint marks on the floor, and a host of other issues. I learned after moving in that this is an extremely old building so some of the stuff makes sense. I have lived at AMLI Ponce Park for almost three years, and I truly couldn't be happier or feel safer. I love the communal atmosphere here; everything from the pool and gym to the business center and dog park makes me feel like I’m part of a great community. Management is always accessible and incredibly quick to address any needs. I plan on staying here until I'm ready to buy—I absolutely love it.
The staff here really are great, Angie and Ashley are so genuine and friendly. The amenities are becoming a little dated(sound insulation from loud neighbors) but over all, pleased to be living here.
Have lived here for about 6 months! I moved here from NYC, so maybe I had low standards but the leasing office at AMLI ponce park is great. Everyone is super nice and responsive. Any issues we have are taken care of promptly and they are really proactive about communicating things going on in the community. The property is always being worked on, with consistent improvements every few months (new treadmills, new EV chargers, etc.).
