Best maintenance ever!! Carlos S. absolutely saved me today when I had a bug scare! They were very quick and on top of it and even gave me a hug because I was freaking out which I really appreciated.
I needed a short-term lease, and this was one of the only reasonably priced options in the area. I signed sight unseen due to traveling, but when I moved in, I was immediately disappointed. The carpet was already ripped and stained, the cabinets were sticky and dirty, and my unit was near the garbage, which I could smell every time I opened my door. During my time there, I dealt with multiple issues—the worst being actual cockroaches in my apartment. It took two weeks for management to respond to my request for pest control.... read more
