Great environment overshaded by HORRIBLE mgmt. I work for Homeland Security as an officer & AMLI served me with an EVICTION notice during Shutdown last Jan! Even with letter from Homeland Secretary, I got, ‘Oh I’m sorry, here’s a 3 DAY eviction notice’. Your welcome for serving YOUR country. I pulled money from 401K (which took 9 days of ulcers) when they were actively threatening with multiple court served documents. I was a vendor for one of their events and have been trying to get paid by then for 2 months. Their team said the check was lost in the mail, and then they would send one out again. If they can’t even pay a simple check for a vendor, I can’t imagine how they handle other business expeensives...
Probably the grossest bulldog I’ve ever lived in. The stairways smell like cigarettes. And the noise is unbearable. Construction above and below us has been happening for weeks and they go past 8pm most nights.
How could Amli Lindbergh improve? Make the hallways stop stinking like weed and must. Have the air going - the fans. FANS ARE NOT AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSORS NOR HEAT. FANS ARE FANS. I AM TIRED OF EXPLAINING THIS TO GROWN ADULTS. Stop the fire alarm nonsense! I just now had to rip the building sirens out of the walls of my apartment's bedrooms because I was starting to get hearing damage from a half hour of blaring armageddon. The office staff is so kind, attentive, and always ready to assist in any way. The maintenance staff is always hard at work to maintain the property and is always ready to help us out. The property is pet friendly. My two dogs have loved living here and the staff always loves on them when they see them. The apartments have everything that we could need and more.
